Sliced Sea Whelk, Dried Pear, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Codonopsis Radix, Lilii Bulbus, Euryales Semen, Lycii Fructus, Sea Coconut, Cordyceps Militaris
(for 4-6 persons)
1) Prepare some pork bones, wash and blanch in boiling water.
2) Wash all ingredients and soak for a few minutes.
3) Add all ingredients into 1800ml water and heat until boiling then simmer for around 30 minutes to get the hot pot soup base.
4) After preparing the soup base, add all other hot pot ingredients and cook.
